It is important to CSPP that we ensure the confidentiality of all clinical material presented at our meetings. I understand that by registering for this event I am agreeing to the following: 

1.  Clinical material will not be recorded or discussed outside the meeting.

2.  If I present clinical case material in the conference, I will protect confidentiality and  disguise the material or obtain consent from patients.

3. If I believe I recognize the identity of a patient being presented, I agree to leave the meeting.

4. I understand that attendance at CSPP clinical conferences is contingent on adherence to the above.
